Thru April 24, 2016 : From Sevres to Fifth Avenue
Special exhibit of French porcelain collected by Frick with the help of art dealer Sir Joseph Duveen of porcelain made by 18th century French artisans of Sevres.
The Frick is located at One East 70th Street in Manhattan on the Upper East Side NYC. Admission free. 212.288.0700. The museum is open 10 am - 6 pm Tues - Sat and 11 am - 5 pm Sunday. Closed Mondays.

Thru September 7: Yoko Ono: One Woman Show, 1960 - 1971
A show includes about 100 pieces including art, text and performance that comprised the 11 years Yoko crossed the globe as a performance artist. It's in the International Council Exhibition Gallery, 6th Floor.

Guggenheim Art Museum - Upper East Side Manhattan NYC
Thru Spring 2015: Kandinsky Before Abstractionism 1901 - 1911
New exhibit about Kandinsky's early work in print making and conceptualization.
Admission $22 / $18. The Guggenheim Museum is located at 1079 Fifth Avenue at 89th Street. Open 10 am - 5.45 pm every day except Saturdays when open until 7.30 pm and closed Thursdays. 212.423.3500.
Ongoing: Frank Lloyd Wright's Usonian House & Pavillion
This exhibit is about two Frank Lloyd Wright-designed buildings which were constructed on the site where the Guggenheim now stands. The buildings included a temporary pavilion made of glass, fiberboard, and pipe columns & a 1,700-square-foot, fully furnished, two-bedroom, model Usonian house representing Wright’s organic solution for modest, middle-class dwellings.
Ongoing: Thannhausers
Two generations of Thannhausers, who opened the Modern Gallerie in Munich in 1909, and a second in 1917 in Lucerne, promoted the arts in a manner comparable to Guggenheim. Due to the Nazi purge of 'degenerate art' they closed in 1937 and left for Paris, eventually settling in NYC.
